My Bottle of Sunshine

Wow.. The weird just get weirder. Members of the Hutaree were arrested after officials found they sold pipebombs and developed a plot to kill a police officer, then at the funeral shoot all the cops and people in attendance.

I mean.. I can understand people are pissed about the direction this country has taken. I’m pissed too. But to kill police officers? They are fathers, brothers, sisters and mothers. Moreover, none of the crap that has gone wrong is their fault! It’s our fault! We’ve elected the wrong leaders. We’ve sat back and complained and not taken action, while pointing the finger at others. We’ve not learned what we need to know to understand how to truly change things. Heck, most of us can’t honestly say we’ve written our congressman, senators, or governors, demanding the changes we want.

I just don’t get it. Any of it. Not cool.
